LIVE BOARD
BACK TO BOARD REFUNDS.
The first-release policy separates a failed first publication from a live placement that later moves or is moderated.
VERSION 2026-08-21AUTOMATIC FULL REFUND
- A captured first payment is refunded in full if the submitted media or destination fails a deterministic publication gate.
- A captured first payment is refunded in full if the first publication cannot complete within 30 minutes of verified payment.
- No positive placement credit or rank is created before first activation, so refunded unpublished projects never appear on the board.
AFTER ACTIVATION
- Moving down because another project bids more is not a service failure and is not automatically refundable.
- Views, watch time, clicks, sales, and time at a particular rank are not guaranteed.
- A later suspension or policy violation may be handled under an owner policy decision; the exact post-activation refund rule must be finalized before live payments.
REFUNDS + DISPUTES
- Verified refunds and disputes reduce active credit and recalculate rank.
- A project whose active credit reaches zero can be paused or removed from the board.
- Provider processing time controls when returned funds appear on the original payment method.
LAUNCH REQUIREMENTS
Before live mode, add the operating company, contact method, statutory cancellation treatment, tax handling, and country-specific exceptions, and align this policy with the final Stripe-approved business model.
