THE SERVICE

• Paid Attention is a public, paid ranking of immutable founder video pitches.
• Payment buys transparent placement credit—not guaranteed views, clicks, time at a rank, sales, or any other outcome.
• Rank can change immediately when another project adds more active credit.

YOUR SUBMISSION

• You must be authorized to represent the project and grant us permission to host, process, display, and promote the submitted video and project information.
• Final submission is permanent for this release: no edits, re-uploads, replacements, or founder-initiated pauses.
• You are responsible for the truth of the pitch and for rights to its video, music, logos, people, claims, and other material.

PAYMENT + POSITION

• All bids are whole US dollars. Checkout does not reserve a rank.
• A first payment becomes placement credit only after verified payment and the deterministic publication gates are complete.
• Later top-ups add only the server-calculated difference to the project’s active credit.

MODERATION

• New publishable pitches may go live as unreviewed and are moderated afterward.
• We may suspend or remove content that violates the Rules or Content Policy, presents risk, or is unlawful.
• Reports do not automatically remove a pitch or change rank.

LIMITS

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability should be limited to the amount you paid for the affected placement. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights still apply.

• Do not attack, scrape abusively, bypass signed media URLs, manipulate metrics, or interfere with payment and ranking systems.
• These terms and the business identity, governing law, dispute process, and contact channel require final legal completion before launch.
